This is NOT an official Wizards of the Coast preconstructed deck (I designed and built this custom budget deck myself.) Most of the cards will be Near Mint (NM) but some may be Slightly played or Moderately played. Ships in 1 business day so you'll get it fast. Designer Notes: Use your cheap flying creatures to cast your commander early for only 1 mana using her effect. Sephara can protect the rest of your creatures, and is also a huge threat on her own. Cards like Marshal's Anthem and Kangee's Lieutenant can help power up your flying army and end the game more quickly! The deck plays a few additional powerful angels to help finish out the game.
